Project Goals
● Reduce operational costs for conducting Pro Green Deal: Spring Edition training
● Bring participants to a unified level of priority knowledge
● Make the project self-sustaining
● Organize participant networking
Educational Solution
We propose to create a WhatsApp chatbot and an LMS with a personalized learning path tailored to different target audiences (mvp + big launch)
Learning Path
How Does the Process Work?
Email Letter
The user receives an email with a welcome message, a brief description of the training, a link to the WhatsApp group, and a registration form to gain access to the LMS. Each participant is assigned a tag, allowing them to receive personalized content
WhatsApp Bot in the Group
The bot sends personalized and engaging content based on tags for each participant category (lawyers, civil activists, officials). Periodically, the bot also delivers general messages for everyone, including reminders, surveys, tips, and interesting facts on the topic
LMS
Participants enter the learning environment and watch the first lecture. After each expert's lecture, every participant category receives an individual assignment based on their tag. Lawyers analyze the material in a legal context, civil servants focus on policy-making
Visualization
Chatbot in the Group
Sends deadline reminders, useful information, push notifications, video snippets, and links to the LMS, where participants can access deeper learning materials
LMS (Educate me)
An online platform featuring video lectures and customized assignments that immerse students in context and help them learn through the consequences of their decisions
Analytics
What Can We Analyze?
1. LMS
● Percentage of participants who completed the course● Average time spent on learning● Most popular cases in the bot
2. WhatsApp bot
● Message open rate● Number of responses
Our idea is to integrate the WhatsApp bot with the LMS via API to receive real-time data on the target audience and their progress.
